Kania Advisors expands to cover listed real assets markets

In addition to factor research of listed global real estate securities markets, Kania Advisors is expanding its coverage to include listed infrastructure and agriculture sectors.

Witold Witkiewicz, comments, “Data-driven solutions strengthen investment processes and as global markets become more complex quality information allows investors to reach sound decisions with confidence. Our data solutions help clients become more efficient in their analysis, idea generation and risk management. Our differentiated approach to factor research means that clients gain specific insights and more relevant, granular information rather than relying on generalizations.

Initially, in 2016 we set out to provide specific structural factor data for listed real estate securities and our multi-factor indices for the sector continue to generate market leading performance compared to indices based on general equity market factors. Broadening coverage to infrastructure and agriculture sectors brings the same specific approach and quality information to form a more complete real assets coverage that clients will benefit from.”

Further, as part of the wider activities the company will provide both structural factor data for constituents in its global coverage and factors based on machine learning processes applied to market data.
